How can you tell the difference between a “good” product and a “bad” one?
With technology, often you can’t until you’ve tried something and found it wanting. Our industry is great at bigging-up the features of a product while keeping very quiet about what it won’t do, but we read between the lines and tell you how well a product will actually work for you.
We work with a small list of vendors who deliver best-of-breed products which we know will bundle together to deliver a complete solution for our customers. There’s often little difference in cost between Brand X and Brand Y, but one might dovetail better with something else we need to do to build you the better mousetrap.
Where products meet the Waverley Lane requirements of cost-effectiveness, a sensible licensing structure or model range, and excellent technical support we put in the time and expense to become an accredited partner. This gives you the assurance that we’ll stand by our recommendation and that, if there is a problem, we have the contacts at the vendor to get the support you need.
