We offer Gold, Silver and Bronze Service Plans which assure you of reliable support and response appropriate to your requirements and budget.

Gold Service Plan - delivers an all-inclusive monitoring, maintenance and support service for all your IT equipment for a fixed monthly cost

Silver Service Plan - provides a comprehensive monitoring and maintenance package for your servers and desktop PCs

Bronze Service Plan - provides monitoring, maintenance and straightforward support with no call-out charges and no minimum charges

Service Plan costs vary according to the level of support you would like and the size of your business. Our Bronze Service Plan starts from £60 per month and represents an economical way to start managing your computer system for better results at our discounted hourly rate for contract clients.

We are also pleased to assist with an an immediate problem even if you do not have a Service Plan contract with us. If you go on to take out a Service Plan we shall invoice you at the discounted hourly rate we offer to our contract clients.
